Your account email address, your purchase record (package, amount, PayPal transaction reference, date) and your access level.

If you use the Premium AI assistant, the conversations you have with it are stored in your account so you can return to them. If you use the Attraction Test, your answers are processed in your browser to produce your result.

Payments run through PayPal. Card numbers and banking details never reach VELNIXA MIND servers — we receive only a transaction reference, the amount and the payer email PayPal returns so we can grant access and email your receipt.

Messages you send to the Female Perspective AI are transmitted to an AI model provider in order to generate a response, and are stored against your account so your history persists.

Please do not include full names, addresses, workplaces, phone numbers or other identifying details about other people. The assistant does not need them, and the analysis is not improved by them.

You can delete any conversation from inside the assistant at any time. Deleting it removes it from your account.

We send transactional email only: your purchase confirmation and account-related messages. There is no marketing list and nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

We record coarse, aggregate events — such as a page being viewed or a purchase being completed — to understand which parts of the product are used. These events are not used to build advertising profiles.

You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time through support. Purchase records may be retained where required for tax and accounting obligations.
