Terms of Purchase

VELNIXA MIND sells digital products: written guides, interactive tools and, in the Premium package, access to an AI perspective assistant. Everything is delivered inside this website.

All purchases are one-time. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal of any kind. Buying Basic does not enrol you in anything; buying Premium does not enrol you in anything.

Access is tied to the account you purchase with. Keep the email address and password you used; that is how your access is recognised.

Your purchased package remains available to you in your account. Access is for your personal use only — you may not resell, republish, redistribute or share the content or your account credentials.

Payments are processed by PayPal. VELNIXA MIND never sees or stores your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once.

Access is granted only after payment is verified on our servers directly with PayPal. If a payment is reversed, refunded or charged back, the corresponding access may be withdrawn.

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been opened.

If a technical fault prevents you from accessing what you paid for, contact support and we will either fix the access or refund the purchase.

This material teaches respect, consent, honest communication and realistic expectations. Using it — or the AI assistant — to harass, monitor, coerce, manipulate, intimidate or pressure any person is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate termination of access without refund.

You must be 18 or older to purchase or use VELNIXA MIND.

VELNIXA MIND makes no promise of attraction, dates, sex, reconciliation, love or any relationship outcome. No product can promise those things, and any product that does is lying to you.

What is offered here is understanding, language and practice. What another adult decides remains entirely their own choice.
